How to build a shutter release cable for the 645DF.

The GigaPan EPIC Pro comes with a number of camera shutter release cables, but unfortunately none of the supplied or available cables work with the Phase One 645DF camera. The robot can be used in manual mode where the operator manually trips the shutter, but this is a bit tedious when many images need to be taken. Fortunately, it isn’t very difficult to make a custom cable to interface a Phase One/Mamiya 645DF camera with a GigaPan EPIC Pro panorama robot. The document below documents how to build such a cable and how to configure the EPIC Pro work with the 645DF camera.
